SlipMarkets connects verified sports analysts ("Cappers") with users seeking sports analysis. We are not a gambling operator and do not accept wagers.

All picks and analysis on SlipMarkets are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• SlipMarkets does not accept, process, or facilitate wagers of any kind
• No picks constitute recommendations to place any bet or wager
• Records and statistics are for informational purposes only
• Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions

4. User Requirements

You must be 21+ years old to use SlipMarkets. Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Immutable Records

All picks submitted by Cappers are permanently recorded and cannot be edited or deleted. This is a core feature of the platform. By using SlipMarkets, you acknowledge and accept the permanent nature of all posted content.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are available per our Refund Policy. SlipMarkets is not responsible for any losses incurred should a user choose to apply information purchased through the platform to betting, investing, or any other purpose.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate records
• Harass other users or cappers
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Misrepresent identity or credentials

8. Assumption of Risk

Using information from SlipMarkets involves risk. You acknowledge that you may experience financial losses by acting on information obtained through the platform. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information purchased here.

9. Limitation of Liability

SlipMarkets, McKnight Technology LLC, Stripe, and their respective owners, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses from decisions made using information purchased through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlipMarkets, McKnight Technology LLC, and Stripe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
