Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: All Sales Are Final

SlipMarkets operates a strict NO REFUND policy on all purchases. By completing any purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you will not receive a refund under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds?

SlipMarkets sells access to information (sports analysis and picks). Once you view a pick, the information has been delivered. We cannot "take back" information you've already seen.

This is similar to purchasing a newspaper, magazine, or any other information product. Once delivered, the transaction is complete.

Our Double-Confirmation System

To ensure you are 100% certain before any purchase, SlipMarkets requires two separate confirmations before processing payment:

Confirmation #1

You click "Purchase" or "Subscribe" and review the purchase details including price, capper name, and what you're buying.

Confirmation #2

You are shown a final confirmation screen stating: "All sales are final. No refunds." You must click "Confirm Purchase" to proceed.

If you do not agree with our no-refund policy, do not complete the second confirmation. Once you confirm twice, payment is processed and the sale is final.

What This Means

  • Single pick purchases: No refunds. Ever. Win or lose.
  • Subscriptions: No refunds for any portion of the billing period.
  • Cancelled subscriptions: You retain access until the end of your paid period, but no prorated refunds are issued.
  • "I didn't like the picks": Not grounds for a refund.
  • "The capper lost": Not grounds for a refund.
  • "I changed my mind": Not grounds for a refund.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • You retain access until the end of your current paid period
  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after completing our double-confirmation purchase process may result in:

  • Permanent ban from SlipMarkets
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases
  • Collection efforts for the disputed amount
  • Legal action if warranted

Our double-confirmation system creates a clear record that you acknowledged and accepted our no-refund policy before purchase.

Exceptions

The only circumstance under which a refund may be issued:

  • Technical failure on our end: If a verified technical error on SlipMarkets' side prevented you from accessing content you paid for, AND our support team cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

This does not include: your internet issues, your device issues, user error, or forgetting your password.

Your Acknowledgment

By completing any purchase on SlipMarkets, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understand this Refund Policy
  • Agree that all sales are final
  • Will not initiate chargebacks or disputes
  • Accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
  • Understand that pick outcomes (win/loss) do not entitle you to a refund
